Main Responsibilities:


  • End to end project delivery. From requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
  • The orchestration of projects, managing the resources (internal & external) with the responsibility for delivery of the project on time and within the budget 
  • Proactive, anticipatory and detail obsessed. Constant analysis of progress and  project health in order to adapt scope, timelines, and costs where necessary  to ensure that project team delivers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with appropriate client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
  • Develop and manage cost estimates with client lead, and continually monitor to financial health through to invoicing
  • Report project outcomes and/or risks, with mitigation, to the appropriate client leads as needed—escalating issues as necessary based on project work plan


Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Proven success working with all levels of management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Attention to detail, reads the small print
  • Professional certification in Project Management
  • Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
  • Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
  • Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies 
  • Can do attitude, lots of initiative, problem solving mindset, works with pace & loves getting things done
  • Team player, contributor & colloborator
